    After years of helping friends, family, and co-workers find ways to work through debt and build wealth, Mickey decided to follow his passion and founded Gazelle Coaching in 2008.  Mickey and his wife, Allison were married in 2003 and just like every other newlywed couple, after a year into the marriage they found that the lack of financial planning and budgeting was leading them into a pattern of too much credit card usage and no savings for those rainy days when one money crisis after another which led to a mountain of stress and fear for the future!  When they decided to stop allowing bad habits to run their lives and decided to create a working budget for themselves they found financial freedom and peace like they had never known before. After seeing the difference it made in his life, Mickey decided to focus full-time on providing personal financial coaching, strategic planning, and direction setting to individuals, families, religious organizations, and small businesses.   

     Mickey obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He then pursued his Masters Degree in Interpersonal and Organization Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Mickey is a certified financial counselor by Dave Ramsey's Lampo Group, and has been a certified law enforcement officer for over 10 years.   Mickey lives in Sherwood, Arkansas with his wife Allison and their beautiful daughter Mckenzie.
